About ETA Visa Pro
We are a small UK team that helps visitors get their Electronic Travel Authorisation right first time. We are a private company, not part of the government.
What we do
Since the UK made ETAs compulsory for visa-exempt visitors, millions of travellers have had to complete an online application in a language that may not be their first, with rules that change from year to year. Most get it right. Some don’t, and a typing error or an unclear photo can mean a refusal or a missed flight.
We sit between you and that form. You answer the questions with our help, we check every answer and photo against your passport, and once you have approved the final version we submit it to the Home Office for you. Then we tell you the result and what it means for your trip.
What we don’t do
- We don’t make decisions. Only the Home Office can grant or refuse an ETA, and only a Border Force officer can let you into the UK.
- We don’t answer the suitability questions for you, or change the meaning of anything you tell us.
- We don’t give legal or immigration advice. If your situation is complicated, we’ll tell you, and point you to a regulated adviser.
- We don’t hide the official route. You can apply at GOV.UK for £20, and we say so on every page.
How we work
Every application is read by a person. We keep your passport images and answers only as long as we need them, and delete them after your decision unless you ask us to keep them. Our fees are fixed and shown before you pay. If we make a mistake that leads to a refusal, we put it right at our cost: see our refund policy.
Ready when you are
Start with three short questions. A specialist will contact you within one working day to finish and check your application.
