Where your money goes

The government fee (£20 per person) goes to the Home Office when your application is submitted. The Home Office sets it, and it is the same whether you apply yourself or with us.

The service fee pays for the people who check your application, answer your questions and handle the submission. It is charged per traveller because every ETA is a separate application with its own photos and answers.

Our service fees include VAT where applicable. There are no card surcharges or booking fees.

If you change your mind

Cancel before we start work and you get everything back. Once your application has been submitted, the government fee can’t be returned because the Home Office has already received it.

Questions about fees

What does your service fee pay for?
Our service fee pays for a specialist's time: checking you're eligible before you pay, explaining the questions in plain English, reviewing every answer and photo, submitting the application with your written authority and keeping you updated until the decision arrives. It doesn't include the £20 government fee, which is paid on top and goes to the UK Government.
What will I pay in total?
You pay our service fee plus the £20 government fee for each traveller. Our service fees start at £49 per traveller:
  • Standard: £49 per traveller
  • Priority: £79 per traveller
  • Family & group: £39 per traveller, 3 or more
Our service fees include VAT where applicable. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
When do I pay?
You don't pay anything until a specialist has checked that you're eligible for an ETA. Once that's confirmed and you're happy to go ahead, you pay our service fee and the government fee. We then review your application, and we submit it only after you've approved it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in some cases. If you cancel before we've started work on your application, we refund everything you've paid. Once your application has been submitted to the Home Office, the government fee can't be refunded, whatever the outcome, because it has been paid to the UK Government. Our refund policy explains what happens at each stage.
Is the government fee refunded if my ETA is refused?
No. Once an application has been submitted, the £20 government fee isn't refunded, whether the ETA is granted or refused. That's the case whether you apply yourself or through us, so it's worth making sure the application is right before it goes in.
