1. Who we are

ETA Visa Pro is a trading name of Travel & Adventures Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17149161. We are an independent private company. We offer a paid service that helps visa-exempt travellers prepare and submit applications for a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA).

2. No connection with the UK Government

We have no special access to Home Office systems and no influence over its decisions. When we submit an application for you, with your written authority, we use the same official process that is open to anyone.

3. The official route

You do not need to use our service. You can apply for an ETA yourself on GOV.UK or in the official UK ETA app, and pay only the government fee, which is currently £20 per person.

GOV.UK also explains who can get an ETA, and has a tool to check whether you need a visa instead.

4. Our service fee

If you use our service, you pay our service fee as well as the government fee. Our fees are on our pricing page, and we show both amounts separately before you pay.

Our fee pays for our help: explaining the questions, checking your answers and photos, and submitting the application with your authority. It does not buy faster processing by the Home Office or a better chance of approval.

5. No guarantee

Only the Home Office can grant or refuse an ETA, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any application. An ETA does not guarantee entry to the UK either. A Border Force officer decides whether to let you in when you arrive.

Processing times given on this website are the Home Office’s own estimates or our review targets. The Home Office may take longer, and it may ask for more information.

6. Information on this website

The guides, answers and other information on this website are general guidance about the ETA scheme. We check them regularly, but the rules, fees and processes are set by the UK Government and can change at short notice.

GOV.UK is the authority on the ETA. If anything on our website differs from what GOV.UK says, follow GOV.UK. If you spot something on our site that looks out of date, please tell us so we can correct it.

So far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on the general information on this website. This does not affect our responsibilities to customers under our Terms of Service.

7. Not legal or immigration advice

Our service is administrative help with the ETA form. It is not legal or immigration advice, and the information on this website is not advice about your own circumstances. We are not solicitors or regulated immigration advisers.

If you have a criminal record, a previous refusal, a history of overstaying or any other complicated immigration history, speak to a solicitor or an adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority before you apply. You can find a regulated adviser on GOV.UK.
